WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR BURIAL?

Any of the following satisfies eligibility requirements for burial in the Palm Springs Cemetery District.

Burial Requirements

• Decedent is a resident of the district.
• Decedent is a property owner in the district.
• Decedent owns interment rights in Desert Memorial Park or Welwood Murray Cemetery*.
• Decedent is a family member of a District resident or property owner*.
• Decedent is a family member of a person already interred in Desert Memorial Park or Welwood Murray Cemetery*.

*Eligible non-resident fee MAY be assessed.
